Project Name: Scottsdale Traffic Management Center

Construction Cost: $900,000.00

Description: CS Technologies and The City of Scottsdale teamed up to design and construct an all new Scottsdale Traffic Management Center (TMC).  Through exhaustive research of the city’s Traffic Management Mission, the following was achieved:

• Design and construction of a new city Human Resources Department (HR) offices to make room for the new TMC

• Demolition of the old HR offices and other spaces

• Design and construction of a new, more centrally located, TMC

• Constructed a complete, energy efficient Traffic Management Center with all LED lighting, LEED walls and furniture.   This also included a server room with UPS and backup generator

• Commissioned and deployed a completely new video management system that includes a desktop video client, streaming video server, video wall manager, and network video recorder

• Installed a Mitsubishi Video Wall that consisted of a 3’ x 5’, 50” array with ancillary smart boards for incident management and training
