IMSA offers educational and certification programs in Traffic Signals, Signs and Markings, Work Zone Traffic Control, Municipal and Interior Fire Alarm systems, Public Safety Dispatcher and Flagging. To assist the governmental agencies in lowering the likelihood of unnecessary legal actions and to increase the quality of public safety personnel, it is the deep conviction of IMSA that a certification program is warranted in each area of public safety operations.

Founded in 1991 as a Federal Advisory Committee to the U.S. Department of Transportation and now operating as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America) is the leading advocate for deployment of technologies that improve the safety, security and efficiency of the nation’s surface transportation system. Intelligent transportation systems (ITS) encompass a broad range of wireless and wire line communications, information processing, advanced computing, and electronics technologies. When integrated into the nation’s roadways, vehicles, and public transit systems, these technologies can help reduce congestion, enhance mobility options, and help save lives. The members include private corporations, public agencies, and academic institutions involved in the research, development and deployment of ITS technologies.

Founded in 1930, The Institute of Transportation Engineers is an international educational and scientific association of transportation professionals who are responsible for meeting mobility and safety needs. ITE facilitates the application of technology and scientific principles to research, planning, functional design, implementation, operation, policy development and management for any mode of ground transportation. Through its products and services, ITE promotes professional development of its members, supports and encourages education, stimulates research, develops public awareness programs and serves as a conduit for the exchange of professional information.

Since 1980, CS Construction has provided construction services throughout Arizona, California, and Nevada to a variety of clients. They have earned a reputation as a reasonably priced, high-quality construction service provider. Together, CS Construction and their divisions have been responsible for over one billion dollars of construction and engineering projects. CS Construction, Inc. Is compromised of three divisions: Concrete Structures, Traffic and Lighting, and Technologies.

CS Technologies (CST) was created in early July of 2004.  We were a  small division of a 35 year old, largely respected Heavy Highway Concrete & Electrical Contractor located in Arizona.  2004 was the dawn of a new era for statewide Intelligent Traffic Systems.  

Towns, cities, counties and states were hungry for new technology that could move traffic and save lives.  Through the support of its large sister company, CST became an 11 year old,  greatly respected ITS Contractor of its own.  CST now performs ITS, AV/Control Room, Airport & Military perimeter protection and Home Land Security projects all over the Western United States. 

We are truly a unique, forward thinking group that will not settle on second best.  The majority of our contracts are negotiated with the owner, therefore we must always serve our customers at a level higher than ourselves.
